1. Booking & Check-in

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid ID and partial advance payment where requested.
• Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM. Direct bookings via our website qualify for Free Early Check-in (subject to availability).
• Guests must provide a government-authorized ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival.

2. Guest Conduct & House Rules

• Our hotel maintains a Non-Smoking Policy within all guest rooms to maintain air quality at high altitudes. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure comfort for all travelers.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by guest negligence will be charged at actual repair/replacement costs.

3. High-Altitude Awareness

Kaza is located at over 12,000 feet. We advise all guests to acclimatize properly. Hotel Palvey Kaza is not liable for medical emergencies related to altitude sickness, but we provide 24/7 assistance for hospital transfers if needed.

4. Utilities & Amenities

We take pride in providing 24/7 Hot Water and Premium Room Heaters. However, due to the extreme climate and remote location of Spiti Valley, temporary disruptions in electricity or water may occur. We appreciate your patience during such rare instances.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh.
