1. Early Bookings & Flexible Slabs

• Up to 30 Days before Arrival: 100% refund of the advance amount (minus 5% bank processing fee).
• 30 to 15 Days before Arrival: 50% refund or a one-time date modification credit valid for 12 months.
• Less than 15 Days before Arrival: No refund for cancellations. However, we allow transfers to another name with 48-hour notice.

2. Weather & Natural Calamities

Kalpa is subject to Himalayan weather conditions and road blockages. In case of a natural calamity or blockages preventing any access to Kalpa, Hotel Him Paradise Kalpa will issue a Stay Credit Voucher valid for the entire current or next season. Cash refunds are not provided for uncontrollable force majeure events.

3. Direct Booking Perks

Bookings made directly via our website or WhatsApp enjoy a 12-hour grace period for date modifications even within the 15-day window, subject to availability and current pricing.

4. Refund Timeline

Verified refunds will be processed via the original payment source (UPI/Razorpay/Bank Transfer) within 7 to 10 working days.
